Indian sub arrived to Severodvinsk for repairs

Indian diesel electric submarine Sindhurakshak arrived to Severodvinsk for repair and modernization, said informed source to the Central Navy Portal.

The floating dock Rolldock Sun delivered INS Sindhurakshak to Severodvinsk on Aug 3. On Aug 6 dock operations were finished and the Indian sub was moored at the quay of JSC Zvezdochka Ship Repair Center.

Provisionally, on Aug 10 the sub will be put on a solid base of the shipyard's dock section; on Aug 17 the sub will be transferred to shipbuilding workshop No. 10 where all works on overhaul and upgrade will be performed.
